Relic world has its habitability displayed as 100% (all techs). "Non-Wet climate" penalty for aquatic species is ignored but applied to individual pops. Habitability issue is resolved after Relic planet is converted to ecumenopolis. Aquatic pops in orbital habitats are suffering from "non-wet" climate too.They're worth it for research, trade, or food. Don't count on them for industry, whether it's alloys or consumer goods. PSA: Don't free the dragon! If you've colonized the relic world in the Rubricator system (and perhaps turned it into an ecumenopolis), DO NOT FREE THE DRAGON with the dig site.
